I am so excited!!! I got him to eat some nutramar ova this morning!!!! YEAH! He hasn't gone into the feeding station yet but I'm still working on it

If ate it and didnt spit it out then you probably have him broke now, i would try feeding him a bit a frozen brine or mysis to see what happens.

Might not even need the feeding station if hes gonna suddenly start accepting. Might have just took him a little bit of hunger

No he isn't trained yet. I tried feeding the mysis at the same time this morning and he wouldn't touch it. Only the ova that landed on the ground. I had to turn off all powerheads, pump, and skimmer and let it land on the ground. The chromis found the feeding station but not the mandarin yet

One more question for anyone who has used a feeding station. Since he isn't eating out of it yet how long should I leave the food in the station?? I don't want to mess up the water.

Not long, a few hours max. After that its already beginning the first stages of decomposing.
