marine cuisine frozen food

anybody have experience with using this? Im currently using it to feed my sun coral and was wanting to make sure this will fulfill its nutritional needs or if i need to feed anything else with it. Also, how much should i use every other day without over feeding? Is one cube to much??? seems like an awful lot is missed by the sun coral and i just dont wanna pollute my tank. 55g tank BTW.

The marine cuisine should be fine for the coral. I would use a couple different kinds of food just to allow for some variety. I would only feed it as much as it will take in a few minutes, you don't want food floating all over the tank, unless there are fish and crabs and such to clean up the leftovers.
