marine glue

I tried to cement some of my live rock together with Marine cement that I got from my lfs, and my xenia and a colt coral has died within one day. The lfs told me this glue was safe for my corals and fish. Anybody else has trouble with marine glue?

what brand?????? I have used just plan old super glue gel and no problems.

Marine epoxy that comes in a roll, that you cut off and mix together by kneeding like clay

the reef glue i have says it wont harm fish after it has cured for 7 days. Is this a problem with the stuff your using.

its probably not the epoxy, i have used it without problems and so have many others... what are the parameters of the tank? is there something else that could have caused the death of the corals? what did the corals look like?

I never had any luck with that silly putty glue that you knead. Never sticks to anything. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I'm going to try the super glue for small corals attached to small rocks I need to mount onto larger rocks.
