I know a company that had it analyzed by a lab, it is basically sugar and vinegar and water, according to them.

Hehehe, more members of the Marc Wies sells snakeoil club!!! WooHoo!!

Any idea what type of sugar? Brown sugar, pure sugar cane, powdered sugar? Maybe we could get the lab to analize some and come up with the right ratios so we can DIY our own Coral Vital...

Bah!!!! Wish you guys had caught me two hours ago when I did my first dose of the stuff, if I knew it was snakeoil it would have saved me a months worth of multiplying my NO2, NO3, and Ammonia by .0009 LoL oh well guess a couple of waterchanges and it'll be out of my system.

Not really, but I imagine it is a very basic sugar like the glucose packets that diabetics use.

A local friend of mine let me use his bottle coral vital, I have put in 3 doses. Yesterday after 2 doses my Kole tang that hasent eaten since I've had him (2 weeks) started devouring any food that I threw at him. I dont know if it was just a coincidence, or that he ran out of diatom to munch on, but hes got the munchies.

My friend uses it for ich and has for the last 5 years or so and swears by it.

?????
