Maroon clownfish

What is the difference between this 2 maroon clownfish

Females are larger and tend to be a darker more maroon color. Males stay smaller ( unless they become the substitute female) and have a lighter red coloring. The smaller fish in the pic is either a male or an unsexed fish.
