The powerhead on the skimmer does NOT count towards your total GPH when calculating the flow. So yes in your case you'd need to purchase 2 more powerheads separately. This is because the powerhead flows into the skimmer, and only trickles out of the skimmer's return, so it's significantly less gph than what the powerhead is rated at.
