Media reactor vs boipellet reactor

Is there a difference between the two? Can I not use a Bio pellet reactor as a media reactor and vice versa? Just put different media in it?

Basically, yes you can use most if not all for either. Some true BP reactors are modified to do the job better (better screens etc) and others are built from scratch for pellets (inverse cone). If you use the TLF 150 reactor, you'll need to ditch the stock foam pads & put the plastic screens in.
