Is this stuff good?

I have seen someone take some to a lab to be analyzed and the conclusion was that there was nothing in it to suggest it came from the ocean. I had pieces of what looked like red brick and shiny, man-made plastic things in mine. It's from someone's back yard IMO.

I put it in my refuge years 15 yrs ago. If I had to do it over I would not use it again. I dont see where I accomplished anything with it.
