molts- in or out?

My new cleaner shrimp just molted. Should I leave the molt in the tank or should I remove it?

(and is it common for them to molt so quickly? or was I just lucky with my puchase?)

Leave the molt in the tank - it is a great source of calcium for the creatures that eat it.

If you have lots of cleaners (crabs and such) you can leave it as stusclan said for food. If not, I'd take it out. They molt about every 4 weeks (give or take), I believe.
