Whats too bright to you?

Most allow you to atleast view most of the tank without too much eye strain. Ive never had an experience with moonlights that were too bright that it had a negative effect. If they were sold as moonlights then they are probably ok.

Alright. I just want to make sure my fish are okay with the moonlights. Don't want them to get stressed or anything if they bother them.

Nah, they will be fine, too bright would have more of an effect on coral and algae growth then it would fish.

Um I'm not sure. Got these off amazon for really cheap. It just looks dark blue.

Ah, if they are cheap.. probably not. If they were in the actinic 440-460 wavelength range they would stimulate coral growth, and I think corals need a break.

You're probably good!
