moonlight ques...too much?

I have a 20 watt actinic light I'd like to use as a moonlight.(29 gal. tank) Will this be to bright for the tank's inhabitants? The tank does appear fairly bright w/ this. Will this be too much for my corals, I run 150 watts VHO for 12.5 hours a day. Also will this affect the fishes' sleep cylce if I keep it on overnight?
Any advice appreciated.

what size tank? It is most likely too bright to work as a moon light.

See what happens when you read posts at 5 am....anyway, yeah way too much for moonlight IMO.
