I've got a new problem. Mossy green algae began growing on my star coral and some green buttons. It is choking the stars to death. I tried to lightly brush the algae away but most can't be removed.
It is also grown completely around the tube of a fan worm and on LR in a few places.
I have a 72gal tank with 20 gal fuge w/macro. I do a 10gal PWC each week with RO/DI.
Why is this algae growing and how do I eliminate it?
