I have moved serveral aquariums and just finished switching out my reef to a bigger tank. It is not too hard if you plan ahead. Lots of 5 gal pales and rubbermade containers will be in order. If you are traveling a ways get one of those battery powered air pumps. Drain the tank completely and put the water and fish in buckets. LR can go into rubbermade bins. Get the tank as empty as you can before trying to move it so you do not run the risk of cracking it. Set everything back up and wait for the water to clear up again. I usually do not put the water I transported the fish in back into the system. Good chance to do a nice water change and clean the equipment. Good luck...Lando
