Moving Coral

I don't have a marine tank, however I have a question that I would like answered...

Marine tank can have coral and the like. How is coral moved from tank to tank? I get the impression that some types are very soft, and presumably do not take kindly to being moved around. So how is this done, and what are the considerations?

When I move a coral from one tank to another, I cag it like I would a fish making sure it has enough water to stay under water in a bag large enough for it's size, and then acclimate the same way I would a fish when I get it home. I've never had any issues.

Do you mean bag, or are you refereing to some mystical method of transfer that I have not yet discovered?
