Thanks for your compliments! That blenny is a character alright! The anthias are beautiful fish. Getting the ones that will flourish in your tank is what can be a little confusing. Anyone can have a great looking aquarium.
Taking the right steps and being patient is a plus. I'm sure you will have a great looking aquarium in no time!

Yes I have seen some really good growth. Some of the acro's, lps's and zoe's have shown some good growth. Others seem to take longer but still show signs of healthyness. What's funny is that some of the frags are growing in color ranges that I feel are completely different from what I thought they would grow like.
It is the IMO one of the things I love about this hobby.
Surprises all the time.
How is your tank coming along?

Not bad. I lost all my corals apart from my Mushrooms in a heat wave when we weren't home for 3 days. But I've got new corals including 3 nice Trachyphyllia's, an orange Fungia and two different kinds of Zoas that have just started reproducing.

Very good! Getting back up on that horse as they say! Read an interesting article on Reef Hobbyist Magazine. Ya know that free publication.
Some guy lost his corals due to a crazy tank crash. Interestingly enough he was able to replace his corals from his own stock. How? Well in the past he had given frags to his fellow reef club friends. You know like trading that happens at reef club meetings. In turn his old frags grew into colonies which his friends were able to return the favor by giving him frags back.
Sounds cool!

Hey A1,
"pwcs"?
Does that stand for partial water changes?
If so....
It is not that hard.
I fill up a 35g garbage bin with RO water, mix salt, airate with a mag pump for 24 hrs.
I siphon out the water from the sump, which happens that the middle section is about 33g.
Take the hose attach it to the mag pump in the garbage bin and pump the water into the sump.
Thats it!
