moving my 75gal reef

What's the easiest and safest way to move ?
I'm moving about 20 mins
I currently have a 75gal roughly 150 lbs of live rock 10 fish ,corals ,anemone
I'm starting to think packing everything in storage totes putting new live sand and adding rocks and corals
Will this start a new cycle or would everything be OK ?
