Moving tank. How do I care for fish

So I moved and reset up my tank. I pulled out my clowns and put them in a 5gal bucket with some live rock during the process. My tank has been moved and the fish have been in the bucket for 5hours. The issue is my tank is totally clouded p because I put sand in the tank and before it was glass bottom. Is it ok to put the clowns in while the tank is still cloudy? If not what do I do while it settles because it probably won't be clear till morning. Also will it speed up or slow down the setteling if my power head and filter is on?

I think it would be ok to put in the clowns as long as its not too cloudy. I have heard not to turn on the powerhead, the sand could ruin it and it will probably just slow down the process of the sand settling
