Turned all the way up,you might be ok. I know people that run 2 MP40's on a 75g. I run one MP10 on my bio cube 29

Your tank is too big for the MP10s IMO unless you crank the power up - creating too much noise to my ears.

1 of each might be acceptable. I run 2 mp10s at 70% in my 57 gallon reef. They do ok. The mp10s do get a bit louder at 100%, and I would think if you plan to keep SPS, you would need them at 100% to provide enough flow.
