Hey guys its been a while since I've posted as I've been taking care of my own problems lately :p I am happy to say I'm getting along great, my parameters are in check, all my equipment is running great (minus the skimmer, still blowing microbubbles, but only in its 3rd week of use). My corals are going well, and my fish and inverts are doing great. Here's a few pics. I have a fare few small corals as I enjoy watching their growing progress. Also have 2 frag/breeder tanks on the way should be starting cycling in about 1 week.

i love the way your tank is looking! very nice. I had a question about what you did for a cover for the top of your tank to prevent evaporation, etc. I have the same lighting system you have but for a 55 gallon tank. it didnt come with instructions and seemed like the screws went outside the bracket and secured on the inside glass on the tank so a normal glass top wouldnt fit because it would need to be cut for the bracket. Did i install in correctly? what did you do for a "lid"

Hey mate, all I did was put them I top of the glass I already had as the lid nothing special, I wish I could fit them also but I couldn't find lights to fit a 2.5ft tank. So these are fine anyways, I included some pics to show u :D
