Hard to tell from my phone. Is that a Tomini? What are your water parameters? How long have you had it? What do you feed and what does it eat?

It's a lavender tang and iv had it about 4 months and it eats pellets algae and brine I feel like it has ich but I can't catch him my parameters are all gods except nitrate I have some and phosphate I have some!
