No one has ask about your water peramiters, what kind and brand of lighting did you get? Been raising nems for 5 years in a 125 and to keep water stable in a 10 will be impossible. You must also keep in mind that if the nem dies he will probably take out your complete system and if it happens when you are not home it will probably wipe out your tank. They can wipe out large tanks over night. Your nem should have no white or cream colored on it. It is bleached. They can live 6 months or more in bad lighting and go all at once.
