Mysis or Brine?

Hey guys,

I've had convicts for a few months now and they love brine shrimp. I just got my first Saltwater fish and Corals yesterday. My Cardinalfish seems to like brine shrimp, but not the Mysis. My convicts are fine with both. Opinions on what's better?

From what I've read, mysis is more nutritious. I use both and my fish love either one.

Brine has less nutritional value then mysis.
However, mysis are normally a little bit bigger then brine.
There are nutrient enriched brine shrimps you can try.
Or you can soak the mysis in a little garlic and they should go for it.

I'd say both, but I'd make sure they are gut loaded or nutrient enriched, like stated above.
