Floats, relay, pump and wire is all you really need. Depends on how fancy you want to make it. Floats can be found on ebay or one of the site sponsors.

Do a search here for top off, and also on Google. There is a wealth of information available for that purpose. You can go as low tech to as hi-tech as you want. It is mostly a matter of requirements, expertise and $$ Good luck.
