Need lighting advice

Lighting for a 60 gal Oceanic cube 24x24x24

I was thinking of using two 175 watt 10,000 k MH, and four 24" VHO (three blue, and one 50/50 )


Anyone think this is too much ?


I am trying to use up leftover stuff from a 180, without buying anything but new bulbs.

This tank ran very well with one 175 watt MH, and four of the old style 9 watt PC bulbs.

I would probably go with 1 X 250W MH 10K and 2X 24" VHO or PC actinics.

BTW, I don't necessarily think it's too much, but I think the 250W would do a better job.
