Need some advice

I've had my tank for about 8 months. I have a coral beauty, 2 ocellaris clownfish n a diamond goby. I want to start to get some corals. I use reef crystal for my salt mix. I don't add anything else to my tank. I was wondering if there r certain things I have to add so the corals live healthly lives. Any suggestions? I want to read up on taking care of coral so I thought this would be a good place to start.

There is a huge amount of data here and elsewhere on the Internet. On the basics, most everybody agrees. On other topics, you have to parse all the comments and make up your own mind.

For a start, reef crystals contains all the basics a starter coral tank needs. Just schedule small water exchanges using good RO/DI water and that's all you should need until you get more advanced. Light, flow, water quality and proper food are the basic must haves for coral reefs.
