Needing a little advice

I want to make a sump for my tank. my tank has been up for 16 months or so. It's 125 gal. and has mostly live rock in it, 5 fish, one polyp. good lighting. My question is, how large a sump should i make, and when do I remove my filters, (2 hanging and 1 canister) from my tank. Any help would be GREAT.

Thanks

You can make the sump as large as you like, or as large as will fit in your stand. Once you get it running, you can remove your other filters. All your good bacteria is in your rocks, etc.
