nepthea tre coral

do nepthea tree coral shed like a leather. mine has opend only a little bit the last few days and now it looks like it is shedding like a leather coral

I have never seen my nepthia shed like my leather finger coral. It ihas grown about 10x the size it was when I got it.

maybe something is wrong with it then. i will have to keep an eye on it. mine has never shed either.

They do shed (kinda) or sometimes go dormant, although rare. It's typically in response to something irritating it.
