I personally would wait until it clears, just run a sponge or floss to clean up the cloud.

Also made a floss tray for the filter floss to sit on above my chemipure and live rock rubble I will get a pic of that up as soon as I get the holes drilled

You can temporarily move a lot of live rock over and cut your cycle extremely short, people have claimed to cycle in 24 hours this way. All the BB would already be set.
