New Fish Problems - Sally crabs, Chromis, Cleaner Shrimp

I got a couple of new specimens on Thursday. Today, I noticed some problems:
(a) One of the front claws from a sally lightfoot is missing. What happened? Can the Sally still eat?
(b) one of my new Blue/Green Chromis is missing. Was fine and with the school through Sunday morning, but I can't find it today.
(c) My new Scarlet Cleaner shrimp is missing. After acclimation, it moved from the place I placed it to a hiding place, and I haven't seen it since.

My water parameters are fine, but I am worried....

Any advice would be great!

Thanks!

Hello, welcome to the forum. How old is the tank? What are the water parameter?
Kinda sounds like a predator, have you added any LR recently?

Crab leg will grow back. Make sure others are not hiding.
