One carefully crafted Blue Zoo order on Friday meant I spent my lunch break doing acclimation today! Shipped after 7PM yesterday, arrived at my door 10AM today. Thanks FedEx!

1 x Flame Angelfish, Centropyge loricula, Small: up to 1.5
1 x Herald's Angelfish, Centropyge heraldi, Medium: over 1-2"
1 x Plate Coral-Pink, Fungia spp., Small: over 2.5-3"
1 x Devil's Hand Leather, Lobophytum spp., Tiny: up to 2.5"
1 x WYSIWYG Fire and Ice Zoanthid Frag, Zoanthus spp., 1.5"
10 x Onyx Nassarius Snail, Ilyanassa spp., .25"-.5"

OK those last ones aren't so 'pretty' but I'm hoping they do the job. :D

The Flame and Herald's (False Lemonpeel) are stunning. They look perfect and the Herald's is WAY bigger than I expected. Over 3" I think. Currently looking content in QT.

When I dipped the Zoa frag (CoralRx) there wasn't much excitement. A few 'pods went skittering about.
But when I did the Devil's hand there were some nasty looking blobs camped out all over it. They started to squirm as soon as they were in the dip. Anyone know what these are? I ended up using a pipe cleaner to gently dislodge everything I could on the 'Hand'. Looks clean now but it and the Zoa are staying in QT a while too.

The Fungia looked clean, so after a dip & rinse it's in the DT already, tentacles extended & all. Very pretty purple.

Very happy with the Blue Zoo order overall, tho a little concerned with what came off the Devil's Hand. Just glad I dip!

Not sure what those blobs could have been, but keep this in mind. Hitchhikers can come from anywhere and even the best out there have them. I had a blue symphodium I got from liveaquaria that came in with a nudibranch on it that was munching down on them. There are just some pests that you miss, hence why we should be hyper vigilant with dipping and QTing out new intakes. Good job and catch man.
