Just purchased this Typhoon III 5 stage RO/DI filter yesterday. Not only did they over night it I also got 20% off. The TDS lvls in my tap where around 208, after running it through the filter the meter read 0. Now just a few more things and ill have my set up complete.

Ah I see, my house has a filtration system that filters the water from the main. It was still that high. Guess that it's not meant to filter tds. What rodi do you use?

How do you check your tap water with a meter of some kind?

They sell TDS meters on eBay for a few bucks. Many RODI systems will have meters as well.
