New Stuff for $20!

I found these at a neighbors garage sale for $20!

Pro clear aquatic systems model 75...brand new with rio 2100 and overflow.

And this skimmer, im not sure what type it is or how it even works....any input would be greatly appreciated!

So does anyone know how to use the skimmer?

Does the pump connect to the top tube that goes into the inner chamber, or the bottom tube?

Any ideas as to which pump I should use with it?

I'd say the water comes in from the top tubing and exits the bottom. You should find an airline in there as well to provide the bubbles.
