New tank with established SW

3 days ago I set up a 20 with 2 clowns and a anemone with established water from other tank. Is it too early to do a water change. My nitrate level is 30ppm

Don't believe it's ever "too early" to do a water change...the bacteria are on surfaces, not in the water.

I agree with C.a.r.i.s.s.a, most of the bacteria is on the rock/ sand, so I think a PWC would be fine.
