There should never be measurable ammonia in an established tank. That being said, it could be your test. I thought I had ammonia briefly (instant panic!) but then I tested some RO water, and some tap water, and got the exact same reading for all three. So, it could be your test. Are you using API?
Nitrates however, are high. That might be ok in FO or FOWLR, but for a Reef tank, I'd strive to get that lower.

Do a water change to remove your nitrates.

Yes using a brand new api saltwater master test kit.
Also this worth the money you think?
30 GALLON TANK.
GLASS TOP.
FOUR BULB TO/5 LIGHTING CANOPY (CORALIFE)
LIVE SAND TO FILL THE BOTTOM PLUS ANOTHER CONTAINER IF YOU WANTED TO MAKE THE FLOOR HIGHER.
6 PIECES OF LIVE ROCK...WELL CURED
EHEIM FILTER...3 STAGE
TWO TIMERS FOR THE LIGHTS...SURGE PROTECTED.
Person selling it wanted to know if its a good deal?
