A year from now, I'd like to have a saltwater aquarium. I'd like a clown, puffer, gobie ( the gravel spitter), a Naso tang, and an anemone. Humanely, what size tank am I looking at. Also, minus the tang, what size tank?

I'm not asking guideline for fish stocking; I'm asking "fish happiness" size.

Thanks in advance!

BTW. 35yrs ago hubby and I had a 65-75 gal tank with 5 saltwater fish. Yellow Tang, blue devil, forceps fish, clown, can't remember if 5th fish was tang or angel.

At least a 180 for the naso. I'd try to go 8 feet though as they get massive. Same goes for the puffer unless you get a Toby or one of the smaller ones. But yeah nothing less than 180 for the naso

Thanks ever so much!!! I think I'll scratch the Naso and go with a small puffer. The tank that I own, which has not been used in 35yrs is a 65 or 75 gallon. I will need to get it striped and resealed. So, I'm really happy that it will be big enough.
