Alright, so I have had a FOWLR set up for about 2 months or so now. My stocking list:
1 Firefish
2 Blue-Green chromis
1 peppermint shrimp
I've decided to slowly work my way into reef:) I just bought a bulb today, a Power-Glo T8 18,000 K super bright bulb. Alright, what types of corals can I get? I plan on taking this slow so I'm not worried about getting it done anytime soon. I've been reading tons of articles and such but I'm kind of confused in all this so could someone please explain just the basics of the types of corals I can keep? Keep it easy, I'm 13 lol.
Thanks!:)

What size tank is it? And I am new as well - just started with soft corals! They are the easiest and require the least lights

Mushrooms, Cauliflower, Toadstool, Devil's Hand - that is where I started.

Well, welcome to reef keeping ;)
May I ask how many watts that bulb has? You could potentially get mushrooms, polyps(zoanthus), and try hardy leathers. Toad stool and Xenia.

I would stay away from stony corals and anemones since they require more lighting and a mature tank.

What other equipment do you have in there? Pumps? Skimmer? How much rock?
