Niger Triggerfish Question

Niger Triggers are blue right. Is it possible to have a black Niger Trigger.
Cause today at my lfs i saw what they said was a Niger Trigger, but it was all black and all the pics. on the internet are blue. I'm confused.
Whats up???

i think some are just darker than others and may just apear to be blue but i also have noticed that

its all on how the light hits them they have a blue tint to them under antinics

make sure that you dont have a black trigger since they do exist. I presonally find them to be one of the most attractive of the triggers, but very aggressive.

Yes,Black Triggers do exist but are aggressive and may take a bit out of anything in the tank.

the niger trigger that i had for along time changed color alot from a really dark blue to a almost purple. they are awsome though. so much personality

the lights make them bluer if that is a word
