nori from chinese market good or bad

was thinking of going down to the chinese market and picking up some nori for sushi rolls today out of seaweed and nori there is half the price and you get alot more i figure i could freeze it in portions instead of buying j. sprungs seawed and save money.. is freezeing it going to hurt it or is the dried .j spurgs better

So long as it isn't spiced (typically it is ), its the same thing and should be useable.

how do you know if it is spiced or not i mean i guess you can ask but the no speaky english

It will say on the package.
Same stuff that you get at the LFS, just a ton cheaper. My local Giant Eagle grocery store even sells it.
