I'm not sure if i need more invertabres for my tank. I have, as of right now, 3 scarlet reef hermit crabs
4 margarita snails
2 bumble bee snails
1 cleaner shrimp


I have A LOT of algae in the tank. If i dont need anymore invertabres, how long does it usually take to clean up.


The tank is a 12 gallon nano

A snail per gallon is a good starting point. You would probably be OK to add some more. I added a bunch recently and they took quick care of the algae I had.

i would add some crabs as well

so maybe 5 more crabs and 6 more snails?
