Ocellaris Clowns with what type of anemone?

I have two Ocellaris clowns what type of anemone should I get for these guys. I like the long tenicle ones that look like a torch coral kinda. Would a bulb anemone work. All help is appreciated just want to make sure I get the right one.

Also would a coral banded shrimp be a good addition to my tank?

If you introduce an anemone to your tank there is still no way to predict whether or not it will play host to your clowns. With the lighting you have listed you will be a bit limited. I would suggest a bulb tip anemone as a starter. A CBS should be fine in your tank.
