Well as i posted a few days agomy tank had been very cloudy and i was told everything from ammonia to bacteria blooms. However my tank is in front of a window, and realized today when the sun went down more then 90% of the cloudyness went away. If the sun is doing it, what is it? and what should I do?

did u just start cycling? i just started cycling my tank about 1 week ago and it took a good 3-4 days for my water to completely clear up and even now it isnt crystal clear but it is almost there(started mine the 3rd)

If you are getting direct sunlight in your tank you will have algae problems sooner or later.
Dunno if this is the cause of our cloudiness now though. Could be any number of things but need a little more info to guess (how long it has been up, any algae in the tank now, how much do you feed, is your skimmer working/skimming, water parameters, etc....
