for me it is tricky because I only have one tang. all my other fish love pellets. so the only one who actually will eat the seaweed is the tang. so its hard for me to put enough in my 120 for him to be able to find without over feeding the tank. and he needs to eat at least once a day, preferably twice. at least hermits and crabs get most of the left overs but there is still some that could cause nitrate problems. so i have to try and aim the food to where he swims but still wont touch it sometimes...

i wish fish could talk sometimes lol

Me too wish they could talk... I just hang my seaweed (Nori sheets) on a veggie clip in the morning and when I get home it is usually gone. My desi is a pigglet now the yellow tang is another story very delicate, shy and barely eats. They are in separate tanks for now because I was treating mr. piggy for Hole in the head and it is taking a long time for the holes to heal up. I hear sometimes they heal up fast and others say it takes a really long time to heal. Here is Mr. Piggy (Desi)

Don't know exactly how he got it hard to say. To many theorys and not enough facts for me. I have changed his diet changed the salt mix that I was using changed out the heater put the skimmer back on once it got repaired water change weekly. But now his tank is in need of a heavy cleaning and my new salt bucket has not come in yet so I can't do any water changes yet.

I've ordered from petmountain.com with no problems. Good "clearance" prices.

I use either a half or whole sheet of roasted nori ever day or sometime every other day. That's for 3 tangs, 2 blennies, and a coral angel. Otherwise the tank gets fed on Wednesday and Saturday.
I split the sheets in two and fold like you would to make a paper "football". That goes in a Two Little Fishies clip and lasts for several hours. The snails finish off anything that's left.
