No problems.... Yes already a long day only been at work for 1hr 1/2 now and ready to go home. We are all just watching and waiting on the weather here.... Houston TX... They are now predicating 2-5 inches of snow for us but I will believe it when I see it. They also have been have rolling blackouts as well because of a Power Plant over in Austin water pipes breaking and having to be shut down.... So far we have not lost our power thank god because I would not know how to keep the tank warm...all I have is the battery back up for the air...

I agree the prices were great, but the shipping time and management was poor. I've never had a company take the maximum amount of shipping time to get a package to me, especially with charging before shipping an item. Plus they use fedex which I'm not really a fan of, they seem to find a reason to delay a ship everytime.

Fed Ex I don't mind. But I was informed by Fed Ex that they only pick up and once it gets to your city the POST MAN will deliver the package that is for the cheap rate delivery that they have which I believe is $6.99... And on top of that they don't keep the tracking updated when it is being handled like that.
If and when I re-order from them I am choosing the better shipping so that way I will know where it is and when I can expect it to be delivered to me.
