Orange brown algae

Ru I have orange brown algae as I am in the fourth week of cycling my new tank I believe this has something to do with diatoms, I'd this correct and how can I get rid of it?

Sounds like diatoms it will go away sooner or later. Your almost done cycling test your water and when everything's at zero do a big water change and you should be just about ready.
