Ot Tank Help! (Ya You Help!) LOL

Hi all well my qt tank has been set up since Saturday. I have had one water change, 6g of my 20g tank. I just tested the nitrite and ammonia and this is the results:

Ammonia 1.0
Nitrite .25

How can I get this down and is this real bad??

Thats bad, do another water change ASAP. You may have to do them daily, thats a pretty good bioload. I would start with 3-4 gallons daily and see what happens.
