i have 15 gal. how many GDH i should buy for the overflow box?
i have a 10 gallon sump/refugium.

any advice?

Any GPH would be fine... but rule of thumb you want 10 X to 20 X water overturn in an hour. You would thus need a total of around 200-400 GPH. Your PH will also add into it. Do you have any PH's in your system right now, or plan to?

TAKE NOTE: The important part is really your return pump. As far as return pumps go, get something that can pump LESS than the overflow box can drain. Bigger is not always better when it comes to pumps. Standard 1" overflow boxes will get you ballpark 300 gph.

A mag 3 or so should be fine for you, after calculating head pressure and how many outlets you will have. Might want to include a flow restrictor valve on the pressure side of the pump, NOT the intake. How high up is your tank going to be over your sump? The higher the tank, the bigger pump you'll need. Extra info would be great ;)

where can i buy the hose that connecting the overflow box to the sump?
any suggestion?
