TAKE NOTE: The important part is really your return pump. As far as return pumps go, get something that can pump LESS than the overflow box can drain. Bigger is not always better when it comes to pumps. Standard 1" overflow boxes will get you ballpark 300 gph
A mag 3 or so should be fine for you, after calculating head pressure and how many outlets you will have. Might want to include a flow restrictor valve on the pressure side of the pump, NOT the intake. How high up is your tank going to be over your sump? The higher the tank, the bigger pump you'll need.
