Ammonia 0
Ph 8.3
Trites 0

Calcium 460
Kh 1 or 17.9ppm
Sal 1.025

Live rock dies off and have no coralline algae about 50# of live rock in aquarium. Why is my kh so low my calcium was low and I bought kent marine purple tech and now calcium is good but it's suppose to also raise kh what could be keeping it down.

Have you been adding buffers to raise your dKH?

What salt are you using? I dont see any possible way your dkh is 1 with 460 calcium and 8.3 ph.

Also how are you measuring salinity?

Using top fin for salt and refractometer to measure

Top fin is petsmart brand salt. Not really a salt i would use or trust. I think your problem would be solved with a simple switch to Instant Ocean

I definitely agree with that advice. Maybe have a shop confirm your alkalinity test results and if it's accurate I'd pick up some buffer as well, just to bring it up initially (but slowly).
