Parasite thing on glass

I was helping my turbo snail get on thr glass again cause it was upside down on the sandbed and I was placint on the glass and a white larva looking parasite I guess jump from the snails shell on to the glass I tried taking a pic but just to tiny would u guys have a clue what it might be.
 
Sounds like a pod to me. Perfectly normal and good for your tank. :)

they tend to look like lice or itty bitty little shrimp.

Yup thats what it kind of look like thanks guys I tought it was a pest or something
 
They are copepods. I had an infestation of those. They are a sign that your water quality is poor. But at the same time they are good for the tank.
