PC lighting

hi i have a quick question about lighting. i have a 4x96 watt orbit light w /4 moon lights. It's on my 55gallon SW tank. now i have heard that on my size tank it would be great for coral. and some clams. i have 10000k, and antic bulbs it in now. it very bright. whats your opinion?

dang light questions, their never easy.

I think you will be ok with most soft and lps corals. If want to keep clams or sps you may need to keep them toward the top.
 
FWIW I have a very healthy clam in 6watts of ;ight per gallon. I also have some Montipora Digita that is doing very well too. With that amount of lighting you could do just about anything you want. I would def steer clear of Acropora. :wink:
