PC lighting question ????????????????????

I was looking on ebay for PC lightin and I came across a 4x55w PC light fixture made by a company called JEB. It's listed for only 69.99.... any reason for this??? Is this crap equipment ???

I have seen those and i have heard that they are not the best quality but for the price that they sell for its still a great deal! If you cant afford anything else you should go for those. Goodluck!

well from what i hear at the lfs i work at they are crap. we have ours on 60% off the normal price. they are cheap for a reason.
